對于輕度感染和痊愈人群在此基礎上,更要注重優質蛋白的補充,重點在于量; 對于癥狀較重的人群,需要因人制宜,根據癥狀類型的不同選擇飲食方案,但重點在于「盡可能的吃」。只有為身體提供充足的營養,免疫系統才能時刻守衛健康。
